Known limits

One file; 8 MiB raw; 50,000 logical rows; 100 columns; 1,048,576 UTF-16 units per field; 24 MiB output. This cannot recover already-lost characters or stop spreadsheet type auto-formatting.

Desktop Chrome and Edge are supported. Mobile file operations are unverified.
